Order Turnaround

In stock orders typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. If your order is time sensitive please indicate that in the notes section of your order so that we can be sure to get your order to you on time. Custom orders will normally be shipped within 14 days of the day the order is placed.  Express service may be available for an additional charge.  Please e-mail trish@trishthackston.com for details and availability.  If for some reason there is a problem with your order, we wil contact you via email. 


Payment Type

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are usually processed the day that your order is shipped.



Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and will normally arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment within the continental US and within 4-5 days in Alaska, Hawaii.


International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose your personal information to other organizations or individuals except when required by law. We never share or sell our mailing lists. Trish Thackston Designs will only use your personal information to fill your order or communicate directly with you, our valued customer. We may, from time to time, contact you via email with announcements regarding Trish Thackston Designs.  You may opt out of further mailings by replying to the message with the word "remove" in the subject line. 


Return Policy

In-stock items may be returned in new condition including all packaging within thirty days of purchase for exchange or a full refund less shipping costs.   Custom made items are not returnable however we will try to work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.  All return must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without an RAN will not be accepted. Please call (202) 415-8801 for an RAN prior to sending any returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR FUNDRAISERS: Because we donate a large portion of each sale to the non-profit organization benefiting from the "virtual trunk show" fundraiser immediately after the event; there will be a 25% restocking fee for items that are purchased during a trunk show and returned for a refund. Items may be exchanged for exchange for the full value of the original sale.
